Nutrition
Dr. John Allocca,
Nutritionist, offers the following easy-to-follow advice.
Eating
"Sixty percent of Americans are overweight. There are both psychological and
physiological reasons. One of the physiological reasons people often overeat is
because the body is not absorbing enough nutrients. Using proper food combining
will allow the body to obtain the proper nutrients and overeating will subside.
Allow at least 3-4 hours between most combinations. " Dr. John

Caffeine
If you are eating properly and are in good health, you will not require the
stimulation of caffeine to feel energetic.
Exercise
Daily exercise is important. However, before you begin any exercise program,
you should check with your family physician first.
Daily exercise is an important part of the metabolism process and it should
be carefully considered as part of the food process that is
metabolized.
Most essentially, you must choose only the type(s) of
exercise you enjoy. If you do not enjoy an exercise it may not be helpful.
Do not over-exercise. Exercise at 50% of your capacity. For example, if
you can run 6 miles, run only 3 miles. Walking (briskly) everyday for 20 minutes
should constitute a good amount of exercise.
